"I came in and met Carrie to make a copy of the workman's proposal to put the basement back together from an insurance claim for water overflow within our dwelling. She was very kind and helpful and put it into the system to upload it in order to receive the recoverable depreciation percentage of the claim. Now my adjuster should have it as it was his suggestion to bring it into my local State Farm office. Was then told that Joe Germilhac was there to collect what he needs to issue this to us. We are both very grateful that we were able to receive this insurance adjustment.
